Puppy jump-start class

Our puppy jump-start class is for puppies 6 months of age or younger. Our class consists of three private lessons at our facility. We educate new puppy-owners on the importance of socialization of their pups as the most important building block in any dog’s foundation.

The program covers:

• Introduction to training
• Walking on a loose leash
• The “sit” command
• The “come” command
• Socializing
  • To people
  • To other animals
  • To other stimuli
• House issues
  • Crate training
  • Housebreaking
  • Car riding
  • Chewing and destructive behavior
  • Consistent rules and boundaries
